There's an awful lot online about index funds. Where can I find information on them? Which ones should I start with and where do I buy them?
There's an awful lot online about index funds. Where can I find information on them? Which ones should I start with and where do I buy them?
Any google search of "Index Funds" will bring up a ton of resources. Some of the ones I like are www.vanguard.com, www.morningstar.com (search for index funds). The fool has a nifty explanation at The S&P 500 Index.
John Bogle is the father of the index fund and he has a few books out. A quick and easy read is "The Little Book of Common Sense Investing".
